Day 3 Cabo San Lucus

This morning we dropped anchor in the harbor of Cabo San Lucus.  It has been many years since we have been here.  The signature rocks that define the harbor have not changed a bit.  Everything else seem to have grown significantly.

We spent the day at a time share hotel called Villa de Arco.  This place has a beautiful pool and grounds.  I have included pictures of the pool area where we spent the day.  Once again the weather did not cooperate.  The high today was 62 and that was if you were in the sun.  Lounging by the pool was nice but not as attractive as it may seem due the low temperature and a constant breeze.  By the way taking pictures by the pool while people are laying around in their swim wear without looking like a pervert can be challenging.

We tendered in to the dock utilizing the local tender fleet which proved to be a little problematic since the guy driving our tender back to the ship seemed to enjoy speeding the boat to the desired point and then reversing the engines again at full speed.  This tactic may have worked if he was a better judge of distance.  As it turned out we came screaming into the unloading deck of our ship fast enough to ram into the unloading area.  No major damage but our crew was not happy with the driver.
